A recipe for a flavorful pineapple cake
Pineapple Cake Recipe
Ingredients                             

For the Cake 

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3 large eggs

1 cup crushed pineapple (canned or fresh)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Pineapple Filling

1 cup crushed pineapple

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

For the Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C Oil and flour two 9-inch round cake container.

In a huge blending bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking pop, and salt.

Add the mellowed margarine and blend on low speed until the combination looks like coarse morsels.

In an alternate bowl, whisk together the eggs, crushed pineapple, vegetable oil, and vanilla concentrate.

Slowly add the wet fixings to the dry fixings, blending until recently joined. Don't overmix.

Prepare the Cake
