Recipe for chicken fried rice

Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 eggs, beaten
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a huge skillet or wok over medium-high intensity. Add the diced chicken and cook until it becomes white and is cooked through. Eliminate the chicken from the skillet and put it away.In a similar skillet, add one more tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, and sauté until the onion becomes clear.
Add the diced carrot and frozen peas to the skillet.. Cook for a couple of moments until the vegetables are somewhat delicate.
Push the vegetables aside of the skillet, making a space in the middle. Empty the beaten eggs into the middle and scramble them until they are completely cooked.
Add the cooked rice and cooked chicken to the skillet, consolidating them with the vegetables and eggs. Mix well to guarantee everything is equitably blended.

Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to blend together.
Once the fried rice is heated through and well-coated with the sauces, remove it from the heat.
Embellish with cleaved green onions and serve hot.
