Ingredients

2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, puree the diced mangoes until smooth.. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved. Eliminate from intensity and let it cool for a couple of moments.

In a separate bowl, whisk the mango puree and vanilla extract into the cooled milk mixture until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill the mixture thoroughly.

When the combination is chilled, empty it into a frozen yogurt producer as indicated by the maker's guidelines. Beat the combination until it arrives at a delicate serve consistency.

Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
