Here's a simple recipe for noodles:  

Ingredients 

8 ounces of noodles (such as spaghetti, udon, or rice noodles)

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

1 onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 carrot, julienned

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup of cabbage, shredded

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds

Instructions

Cook the noodles: Heat an enormous pot of water to the point of boiling. Add the noodles and cook as indicated by the bundle guidelines until still somewhat firm. Drain the noodles and set aside.

Prepare the vegetables: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become translucent and fragrant. 

Stir-fry the vegetables: Add the carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir- Pan sear for around 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are marginally delicate yet fresh.

Season the noodles: Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked noodles to the other side. Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil over the noodles. Toss everything together to coat the noodles evenly.

Finish and serve: Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the vegetables and sauce. Remove from heat.

Garnish and enjoy: Transfer the noodles to serving plates or bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds for extra flavor and visual appeal. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious noodles!
