Ingredients

2 pounds (1 kg) of chicken pieces (legs, wings, breasts, or a mix)

2 cups (480 ml) of buttermilk

2 cups (240 g) of all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of onion powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions 

Place the chicken pieces in a huge bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Ensure all the chicken is all around covered. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for no less than 2 hours or short-term. This step softens the chicken and implant it with flavor..
