A recipe for chicken bread          

Ingredient

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup warm water

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 egg

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onions

1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)            


  Instructions   

In  a little bowl, consolidate the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes until the blend becomes foamy.

In a huge blending bowl, join the flour and saltMake a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture, milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix well until a dough forms. 

Move the batter to a floured surface and massage for around 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and flexible. Place the batter in a lubed bowl, cover it with a soggy fabric, and let it ascend in a warm spot for around 1 hour or until multiplied in size

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated cheese, chopped onions, chopped bell peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried oregano, black pepper, and paprika.

Preheat your stove to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with material paper. 

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll it out into a rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Spread the chicken and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one of the longer sides, tightly roll the dough into a log, sealing the edges.

Carefully transfer the rolled dough to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the surface with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked 

Bake the chicken bread in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.

Once baked, remove the chicken bread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice it into thick pieces and serve warm.
